September!

I was so excited last week. There was a hint of fall in the air (68 degrees on our morning walks!), and the Pumpkin Spice latte from Starbucks made it's debut. Unfortunately the weather didn't stick around long, but I'm getting into gear for Fall anyway. Brought out the pumpkin spice candle tonight, put my decorative wicker pumpkins on the dining room table, and starting looking at all of the autumn decor I've pinned on Pinterest lately!

Since I finished reading The Help and no longer have anything to entertain me during the L's naptime, I've decided it's about time I get to work on some of those crafts on Pinterest. After cleaning out the kitchen closet tonight and discovering an extra wreath hanger, I think I'll try my hand at one!

Thinking I'll start with this, already perfect since it's an S!












I have so many crafts that I'd like to do and so little time, sigh. But I just printed out the first lesson for our Tot School and I'm so excited to start tomorrow! I have no idea how much Logan will be able to absorb, but if nothing else at least he'll be exposed to some educational content before preschool.

    Oops were we suppossed to start that today... I'll have to get out my lesson plans. My Mom printed the three weeks out for me, and she was like WOAH! Don't you think that's a bit much for a 19 month old. LOL! She taught pre-school and Kindergarden so she might know what she is talking about. I told her I wasn't going to push it, but just try to do some.

    P.S. LOVE the S! I have so many crafts/projects I want to do too! I wish I had the time or the energy!
