How crazy! A month shy of our first wedding anniversary. According to the ultrasound, Baby Silva should make it's debut around the 21st of December. All of the sudden, December seems really soon...!
Last Friday (May 1st), the baby's heartbeat was at 141 bpm and it was approximately half a centimeter long. It's about six and a half weeks old.
So far I've been dealing with nausea like no other, but peppermints help. I discovered that I can no longer eat deviled eggs with quite as much enthusiasm :( although I don't think that will be the only food that I can't stomach any longer! At least I have a tummy of steel (so far, Daniel says that I've totally jinxed myself by saying that) and haven't had the full version of morning sickness. Woohoo!
